Welcome to cedar House were we offer Accommodation support for our wider community and have been doing this service since 2013 and were are very proud to be looking after people in need,Every year we accommodate nearly 150 people.

 

Cedar House is based on the Grounds of old hospital with a great history,Peacefully Located on the top of Hospital Road.enjoy the fresh crisp air, Enjoy daily walks along the clutha river or maybe do a spot of fishing  or a quick walk into the town center to do your shopping.

   Cedar House is focused on providing low cost  Accommodation and supporting our community, While your waiting for housing or if you simply cant afford to Manage a home  and do not want the responsible.

 

We have excellent security on site  with 24/7  CCTV  

 

We are family orientated here and will try do everything we can to meet your expectations while your staying at our facility.

50 rooms in cedar house for long term stays. 

10 rooms for short stays under 28 days if needed.

 

After 28 day stay you may be offered a Boarding House Tenancy
